Pilates Classes

Pilates classes will improve your health and have you feeling great. We focus very much on improving your posture and strength with the use of core and flexibility exercises. You will become more aware of what your body is doing and therefore what you need to do to get closer to a healthier you. Join in practising Pilates and see an improvement in your performance in no time.

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that helps to mobilise the body, lengthen the spine, realigning the body, giving postural and body awareness and a sense of wellbeing.  Your posture in your everyday life will improve as your core strengthens and you become more aware of your own body and posture.  You will sit correctly, stand straight and hold your upper body correctly and move more gracefully.

If you would like to keep up to date with Pilates Torbay regarding classes and online content please join to become a member.  If you would like to see what the classes are like or you are not ready for face to face classes yet please get in touch for more information about online content. 

Being an online member will give you access to all online recorded Pilates sessions for you to do in your own time to watch as many times per week as you choose. Being able to practice more than once a week will help improve your practice and may help organise your body ready for the demands that life brings you.  Maybe you would like to have smaller but more frequent dose of Pilates.
